- A) Once you have refinished your floors, they should not have to be re-sanded unless you want to change the color.

- B) Re-coating every two or three years will preserve your floors. It is a big disruption considering your furniture, but you will save money in the long run.

- C) Re-coating costs are a fraction of the cost to re-sand. Maintain your floors by dust mopping, damp mopping when needed.
